  2. Pre-exposure vaccination for vaccine-preventable STIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Identification of persons with an asymptomatic
    infection and persons with symptoms associated with
    an STI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Effective diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and followup
    of persons who are infected with an STI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Evaluation, treatment, and counseling of sex partners
